I hereby grant Lipinski Photography LLC and its legal representatives, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to use, publish, reproduce, display, and distribute photographs and/or video taken during my session for lawful marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Portfolio display

• Website

• Social media

• Printed marketing materials

• Advertising

• Studio displays

• Photography competitions and exhibitions

• Educational or professional presentations

I understand that:

• My images may be edited, cropped, or retouched while maintaining the integrity of the original work.

• I will receive no additional compensation for these uses.

• My name or identifying information will not be published without my separate permission.

• This release is voluntary and remains in effect unless otherwise prohibited by law.
